If a heating pad or electric blanket is used with a memory foam mattress, it will void this warranty. It is incumbent on the consumer to protect the mattress with a stain resistant pad. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice. The Law Tag must not be removed from this product as this identifies the product regarding warranty and original invoice is required and is the only acceptable proof of purchase. Removal of the Law Tag voids this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Please retain your original invoice. In the event of a defect and in order to get the benefit of the Allswell Promise, you must submit a detailed claim including photos of the issue at hand and provide proof of the original date of purchase. Once reviewed, we may request that you return your mattress to Allswell. Should shipping costs be required to return your mattress, you will not be responsible for those charges. Once our team evaluates the mattress, we will repair or replace your mattress or provide you a credit at our discretion. Any transportation or shipping costs associated with returning the repaired/replaced mattress is purchaser’s responsibility. No new warranty is provided on a replacement product.
