100 Night Return Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 100 nights from receiving your order, simply return your MobilePlush™ RV Mattress for a complete refund, minus shipping. Custom orders are not returnable.
Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your order any time prior to your RV mattress being shipped (approximately 2-3 days from placing your order), and you will receive a complete refund. Once shipped, however, you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges.
Size Verification Policy - Please be sure to verify the correct size prior to placing your order. We are happy to accommodate size changes, and will ship your new RV mattress to you for free, however you will be responsible for shipping charges on the returned item. If you do order the wrong size, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can try to correct your order before it is shipped. In the event it is shipped, please do not remove the mattress from the packaging and contact us for a return authorization number.

Return Policy
We don't believe a sale is final until you’re sleeping blissfully. After the first 30 days of your 100 Night Sleep Trial, you may return your PlushBeds mattress for a full refund of your purchase price, less a $149 transportation fee.
The fee covers a concierge mattress removal service. Our carrier will remove the mattress from your bedroom and transport it to a recycling facility, so there’s nothing for you to do. If you prefer to return the mattress using your own carrier/shipping service, we will waive the $149 fee.
This $149 fee (new as of 2021) covers the costs of special carrier services for mattress returns. During the pandemic, our regular courier service will not handle mattresses for health and safety reasons. We incur a significant cost with each return because mattresses cannot be resold even in perfect used condition. While we would love to donate mattress returns, many donation centers across the country are now refusing personal items including mattresses.
To process a mattress return, please call customer service at 1-888-286-3404 and have your order number on hand. We will give you an RMA number, and advise you on the date our carrier will pick up the mattress from your door.
